Yesterday

We brought our young dog here who had been experiencing balance/walking/pain issues. The staff was very thorough when examining our Bella, and very thoughtful when they told us the findings. Although we have to say good bye to her, they were very respectful and sympathetic.

Physicians and staff were wonderful. They see a lot of traumas and still made us feel our case is as important. Exceptional care and compassion.

Our pet was taken back immediately upon arrival and we did not get an update ( had to ask for one) for 2 hours and that was from a tech. We didn"t speak to a vet for 3 hours. A front desk staff member was rude. Finally found a compassionate staff member named Linda to find out what was going on. Communication was poor and didn't find this hospital to be compassionate.

The neurology department is great. They listen and explain their diagnosis very well. Very responsive and work well with my primary veterinarian.
